WHEN YOUR CLIENTS ARE INTERESTED IN A PROPERTY

PLEASE SECURE THE FOLLOWING:

1. Proof of Income including two pay stubs, their new contract or their welcome letter.

2. Funds for the first month's rent made payable to your office or Grosse Pointe Apartments.

3. A current credit report if available. It must be less than 30 days old, include every page and have a score.

4. An application can be electronically filled out online here. Every tenant above the age of 18 must fill out an application, the first one is free and the additional are $50 each.
