Your Team At Grosse Pointe Apartments

Our people are among the most talented in the rental and property management industry. It would be our pleasure to put our combined years of experience to work for you.

Anna

-Broker/Owner/Property Manager

On the heals of graduating from "The Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program" September 2014, Anna Bartolotta is now among the ranks of other highly regarded entrepreneurs from the Detroit area.

Through this exciting program Anna has gained perspective on how to grow her company, one of the important lessons being that working "ON" her business is much more valuable than working "IN" her business.Great things are expected from Anna and Grosse Pointe Apartments in the years to come. 2021 marks Anna's 29th year as a landlord, purchasing her first condominium at the age of 19. She turned it into her first rental a year later. Being brutally honest has allowed Anna to grow a successful, expanding business and has allowed property owners to feel secure with their properties in her capable hands. Anna is a rental owner in Grosse Pointe Park and believes in the city and it's potential. "I love this area. I wouldn't have focused my life and my business around it if I didn't"

Congratulations to Anna! in 2016 "Anna Bartolotta Real Estate" was established to help her property owners buy and sell investment properties in Southeast Michigan. It was the obvious next step in the rental process in which her finger is on the pulse of.
